16 x 6 metre saline pool situated on a terrace just below the Villa. The pool is visible from 90% of the property so
that you can see your kids at all times.
The entrance into the property is from the lower floor
and leads into the sitting area adjacent to the kitchen.
Throughout the property, traditional materials such as local terracotta floor tiles, ceiling tiles and chestnut beams have been used. The kitchen has been kept very simple and practical with modern clean lines in a light colour.
Situated on the upper level is the sitting room which is located in the original tobacco tower where the local farmers would hang the tobacco to dry. This room is extreemely high with a ceiling hight of approx. 6 metres. The room has very large windows and is very bright and again has the wonderful views over the valley. There are large french windows which lead onto the covered patio which really acts as an outdoor sitting room .
